In this short, simple online course, Kristín Berta shows you how you can use intention at the beginning of each year to influence and shape your life, set realistic goals by going inward and looking at what you want to aim for in life and well-being.
Here you get to know a tool that helps you take more responsibility for your own life and steer it in the right direction. A new cycle is coming and with it comes new opportunities to shape and create your life. What feelings do you want to feel more often? What is it that brings you these feelings? Do you have dreams that you want to realize?

When can I start the course?
You get access to the course as soon as the purchase takes place and create your access to the teaching area at Sálarlist. The course is electronic and you take it at your own pace when it suits you. So you can start whenever you have time.
How long do I have access to the course?
There is a lifetime access to the course which means as long as I hold out e-courses which is at least a few years you will have access to this course.
What do I need to have to be able to make a dream card?
It is good to have a journal, cardboard or thick paper, glue, scissors and a magazine (or a color printer to print pictures from the Internet). If you don't want to make a collage, I recommend using one of the following: colored pencils, watercolors, wood crayons, or markers. (The more water soluble wood colors are my favorite).
